Join your LSBC colleagues for this 30-minute fitness session that aims to revive and energize you. We will focus on gentle movement that will bring awareness to your posture and breath so you can take that into the rest of your day and week. Every week will be a little different but will always include mild strength exercises, stretches and inspiration to MOVE your BODY!
