Every Wednesday throughout May, LSBC hosted Workout Wednesdays to help revive and energize our members. Marie-Anne Prevost focused on bringing awareness to their posture and breath so that they could take that into the rest of their day and week. Through these mild strength exercises and stretches, she inspired us to MOVE our BODIES!
