At the Life Sciences BC workshop, “Understanding the Value of Employment Contracts,” presented by Gowling WLG on January 30, 2024. Paul Armitage and Jonathan Lam, Partners at Gowling WLG, shared what you needed to know about employment contracts, best practices and what to avoid, and underscored crucial clauses for safeguarding your intellectual property.
