Description of Services
In addition to developing our own proprietary therapeutics, we offer project-based drug design and screening services. Our drug design platform is trained using clinically relevant phenotypic and pharmacokinetic data derived using our screening platform, Canada's most sophisticated high throughput microscope. This system can visualize zebrafish and bioprinted constructs at a rate of up to one object a minute, and is designed for automated laser ablation and calcium imaging experiments. Present clinically relevant screens include tumour inhibition (with automated individual tumour tracking), neuron sub-population phasic/tonic activity discrimination, cardiovascular, angiogenesis and neuroplasticity. Pipelines in place for NGS/MS PK/PD evaluation, and BSL-3 certified.
