Beazley Appoints Paul Bantick as Chief Underwriting Officer and Bethany Greenwood Appointed CEO of Beazley Furlonge Limited
Beazley, the leading specialty insurer, has announced Paul Bantick as Chief Underwriting Officer, following the decision by Bob Quane to retire. Mr Bantick will report to Adrian Cox, CEO of Beazley, the appointment is effective immediately.
Mr Bantick will continue to oversee Beazley’s Cyber Risks division while the process of appointing his successor is ongoing. With the market leading cyber risk expertise that Beazley has, it is expected that his replacement will be internal.
Bethany Greenwood is to become CEO of Beazley Furlonge Limited, Beazley’s Lloyd’s managing agency, subject to regulatory approval, and Chair of Beazley’s London Wholesale Management Committee, in addition to her current role as Group Head of Specialty Risks, the appointment is effective immediately.

Bethany has an enviable track record, during her five years at Beazley, of growing and diversifying our product offerings through innovation and building strong trading relationships with broker partners and I am delighted she will be bringing her expertise and dynamism full-time to London.
