Francois Michelon has raised over $55M in capital at ENDRA, including a successful Nasdaq IPO, grown the IP portfolio 4X (85 assets), Francois has over 20 years of healthcare technology experience in start-up, private equity and Fortune 20 environments, spanning the diagnostic imaging, surgical equipment, sports medicine, pre-clinical imaging, gastro-hepatology and dental sectors.

Steven Plymale took Profound Medical from a small startup in 2011 through commercial launch in Europe and in June of 2015 led the company through a public transaction with a listing on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange.

Plymale is now leading an effort to take MyndTec through a go-public transaction on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Over the last several years Steve led companies such as MyndTec Inc, Profound Medical and Xltek, a division of Natus Medical.
