Mintz Achieves 2023-2024 Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab
Mintz achieved 2023-2024 Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab. The Mansfield certification process is designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms has a transparent, fair, and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership.

The Mansfield Rule is named after Arabella Mansfield, the first female lawyer in the US. To achieve Mansfield Rule Certification, law firms are required to demonstrate year-long progress in increasing diversity in senior recruitment and leadership decisions and consider a minimum of 30% diverse candidates for these roles.
