My firm addresses biopharma and professional-services firms’ individual needs in outsourcing, vendor and contract management, and sales/budgeting/proposals. I bring multinational and multicultural insight and relationships from working in the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, Switzerland, Canada, and the USA. For pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors, I provide bespoke full-service sourcing management from scope development to contract signature and vendor management, or I provide advisory “ride-along” service during the outsourcing of a given trial or function. I apply over 17 years of experience in bioscience research, over 14 years of which were spent in business-to-business dealmaking in contract clinical research; most recently leading the outsourcing of pivotal clinical trials for Roche and Novartis from their Swiss headquarters. For vendors, I provide tailored insights into procurement and sourcing, and how to responsibly gain greater footholds into pharma clients. I also advise on marketing strategy, proposal development, bid defences, contract drafting and templates, and negotiation strategies.
