Labcorp Announces Multi-Year Partnership with SOMOS IPA to Expand Access to High Quality, Affordable Laboratory Services for Patients Across New York State
- BURLINGTON, N.C. – Labcorp, a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, announced the signing of a new multi‑year partnership agreement with SOMOS, one of New York’s largest Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) of community-based primary care and specialty providers. Under this agreement, effective Feb. 9, Labcorp will serve as the clinically integrated laboratory provider of choice for all SOMOS providers, care teams and patients.

Through this partnership, SOMOS members will gain access to Labcorp’s wide range of high‑quality, cost-effective testing services supported by Labcorp’s market-leading network of Patient Service Centers (PSCs) across the region. Patients will also benefit from reliable and timely testing results, digital tools that improve care coordination, and Labcorp’s integrated clinical insights that help providers and patients make care decisions.
