CASTL Elevate BC Bioscience Reskilling Program

The CASTL Elevate BC Bioscience Reskilling Program is a FREE initiative that empowers unemployed and underemployed youth to build rewarding careers in British Columbia’s rapidly growing life sciences industry.

In just 10 weeks, participants gain hands-on, industry-aligned lab skills, foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and complete a four-week, on-the-job placement with leading bioscience employers across the province.

Biotech employers are invited to connect with CASTL-trained, job-ready trainees available for a 4-week, government-funded work placement at no cost. Employer interviews will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the BCIT Richmond campus, with virtual interview options available.
