Embassy of Lithuania Invites to Take Part in the European Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy Forum 2022 in Vilnius on 26-27 October, 2022

More than 500 industry leaders, SMEs representatives, policy makers and academia are expected in Vilnius, Lithuania to join Europe’s leading event on industrial biotechnology and the bioeconomy under the title ‘Next generation economies: Industrial biotechnology for a sustainable society’.The Forum will be hosted by the Lithuanian Biotechnology Association (LBTA) together with Go Vilnius – the city’s official business and tourism development agency. Please be informed that LBTA members receive a 20% discount on the participation fee.

Day before the EFIB 22 conference, 25 October, there will be scientific symposium “Gene Editing – From Research to Industry” organized by LBTA (more information coming soon). The forthcoming symposium program will attract a wide range of genetic engineering professionals: from life sciences students to business, science and potential. As gene response technologies cover the biotechnology industry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and the food industry, the symposium will create excellent opportunities for collaboration between different sectors.
