Litigation Considerations for Businesses presented by Osler (Tuesday, June 27th – Breakfast)

To help you identify and mitigate risk, Mary Buttery, KC, Teresa Tomchak, and Emily MacKinnon from the Osler Vancouver Litigation team will address topics including alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and choices of forum; legal privilege in a business environment; and shareholder disputes such as securities class actions and oppression remedies. There will be an opportunity for Q&A, so come armed with your questions.
