On Saturday, January 18, 2020, Life Sciences BC held its first annual Career Connect Day presented by BioTalent Canada. This event helped connect life sciences companies and organizations from across the sector with access to talent.
This event was one of the key events in the life sciences community calendar and featured dynamic speakers, a job fair and networking with key members of the life sciences sector.
To maximize the networking opportunities, attendees were able to connect virtually to arrange meetings through the LifeSciences BC Event App.
This event was held at the Sheraton Wall Centre in the Pavilion Ballroom and allowed attendees to network for four hours while also offering a buffet lunch for attendees. Presentations focused on careers and funding programs in the life sciences sector.
